Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor. She was born on June 13, 1962. Sheedy first made an appearance as an actress on Bad Boys in 1983. Since then, she's performed on WarGames as of 1985. Then, she appeared on The Breakfast Club in 1986 and Short Circuit in 1986. In recognition of her role of Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead. Ally Sheedy has been an American actor and author for over 20 years. She began her acting career in the film Bad Boys at the beginning in the 80s. The film of Rick Rosenthal also featured Sean Penn and Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success in her first film, she later appeared in the 1985 comedy drama The Breakfast Club. The film of John Hughes, The Breakfast Club is considered as one of the best high school films. Although the budget was just $1 million, the film's earnings surpassed 50 million dollars. She also began appearing on various television shows like CBS Schoolbreak. This was her first TV appearance. The show was targeted at teens and began airing in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are a few of the other series in which she's appeared. Her most recent performances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story that revolves around a female superhero, in which she has a cameo. Sheedy received numerous prizes in 2005 for her performances. She was also awarded by the MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
